LED installation method
(1) Pay attention to the arrangement of the external lines of various devices to prevent the wrong polarity. The device should not be too close to the heating element and the working condition should not exceed its specified limit.
(2) Be sure not to install LEDs in the case of pin deformation.
(3) When deciding to install in the hole, calculate the size and tolerance of the hole distance on the face hole and circuit board to avoid excessive pressure on the holder.
(4) When mounting LEDs, it is advisable to use guide bushings for positioning.
(5) Before the soldering temperature returns to normal, LED beads must be avoided from any vibration or external force.
Cleaning: Special care must be taken when cleaning the colloid with chemicals, because some chemicals can damage the surface of the colloid and cause discoloration such as trichloroethylene, acetone, etc.. You can use ethanol wipe, dipping, time at room temperature no more than 3 minutes .
